Karine Hajyan, DO, FACOG

Karine Hajyan, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized women's healthcare at Lamorinda Women's Health in Lafayette, California. With more than a decade of experience in full-scope obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Hajyan offers comprehensive care for women throughout every stage of life, including preventive well-woman exams, contraception, menopause management, infertility evaluations, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Hajyan earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, after completing a Master of Science with honors in Nutritional Science and Alternative Medicine at California State University, Los Angeles. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cooper University Hospital-UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, New Jersey, where she served as Chief Resident.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hajyan has practiced comprehensive OB/GYN care in both hospital and office settings and has participated in resident education. She is experienced in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopy, and is currently expanding her expertise through training in robotic surgery.

An active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the North American Menopause Society, Dr. Hajyan remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in women's health to provide exceptional, evidence-based care for her patients.
