A: We are located at 970 Dewing Ave, Suite 301, Lafayette, CA 94549 in the heart of the Lamorinda community, conveniently serving Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Walnut Creek, Danville, and the greater East Bay.

A: Please call us at (925) 385-7023 or visit our website to confirm current office hours. Members also have direct access to Dr. Hajyan by phone and text.
Q3. Is parking available?
A: Yes - free parking is available at our building on Dewing Ave.
Q4. Is my information kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. All patient information is protected under HIPAA and stored securely in our encrypted, HIPAA-compliant EHR system. Your privacy is our highest priority at every step of your care.
Q5. Can I transfer my medical records to Lamorinda Women's Health?
A: Yes we will gladly assist you in requesting and transferring records from your prior provider. Please contact our office at (925) 385-7023 and we will guide you through the process.
